Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Plenty Web Design reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Revisions

Project proposals will specify the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and depend on prompt client feedback and content delivery. Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend project completion dates.

Limitation of Liability

Plenty Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms
